*REVIEW* Addy's Work Dress Apron

Addy's $20 Work Dress and Apron 1995 later retired 2007.

It has a 1994 Pleasant Company tag.
Green plaid high waisted sleeveless apron with a pocket on the left side; shorter than the dress at about knee length. Velcros up the back.

Cute pocket-fabric has nice cotton feel.

  2. Addy is beautiful. The underdress is so pretty, with the gathers and pin tucks (I think that is what they are called). The apron is nice as well. It is nice that they tried to match the pattern at the seams and the pocket. Even the front gathers are somewhat matched. Thank you for sharing. It is nice to see items that were in the older collection.

    1. I agree! It's nice to see these older items. All the details and consideration that went into making each piece. The underdress is gorgeous. I love the colors and print on the apron. Addy looks wonderful.

  3. I too noticed that the pocket was sewn, matching the pattern in the dress. Nice.

  4. I missed this outfut! So upset they retired it. This outfit goes so well with her story which is what I loved about reading these stories with my dolls when I was younger. I would compare her entire wardrobe with each book and illustrations. It was so much fun. Thanks for sharing.

  5. When I bought my Elizabeth doll used, she came with a bunch of outfits including this one (with the dress and pins, too). I don't have Addy, so Kirsten usually wears it. It's a very cute outfit.
